After payment, please email your artwork/design to efrain@chestpound.com.
Include your order number in the email subject or message.
Accepted file formats: PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG (high resolution preferred).
If you have specific instructions (size, colors, quantity per design, etc.), please include them in the email.
Design Confirmation
Once we receive your email, we will review your design and send you a confirmation or reach out if more information is needed.
Production
After confirmation, we’ll start production right away and inform you when they are ready.
